Hello, we find ourselves inundated with requests for a rental property in and around our valleys, here in Amman Valley.
Many houses come up for rent, then get let out before we are able to advertise.
Usually looking to 2 and 3 bedroom properties.
If you are looking for a rental property, remember…
- A bond is usually taken up front, as well as the first month’s rent.
- If you are looking for Universal Pip or housing benefit assistance, make sure you have been in touch with those parties clearing the process BEFORE committing to rent.
- Many private landlords are preferring not to have pets.
- A reference is required from past last/current landlord.
So please feel free to ask or e-mail on this and please give us at least a month notice.
We look to those homeowners looking to rent, make up an income if they have failed to secure a sale on the property.
A short 6 months letting can provide much-needed funds and upkeep on an otherwise empty property. Especially helping pay the community tax/rates bills.
